Tchaikovsky School of Music has been founded in the heart of Brussels in 2002.
By now the
school provides private music courses of piano, violin, guitar, flute, vocal, etc… to more than
400 children and adults by more than 30 professors.
The school mission is to provide classical music education as well as to prepare children for participation in the
International competitions as well as international exams (e.g. ABRSM).

The first edition of "Merci, Maestro!" competition took place on 16th and 17th April 2016 in Brussels and attracted 127
young musicians from over 20 different countries. The participants had the opportunity to perform in
front of a large audience and international jury that consisted of influential personalities in the world of
music.
There have been 11 winners in 3 age categories coming from Belarus, Belgium, Bulgaria, Kazakhstan,
Poland, Russia, Scotland, Slovenia and Ukraine.
Upon completion of the competition, selected winners received scholarships for master classes, and participated in a
number of concerts organized by the sponsors of the competition.
The Second edition of the competition is scheduled to take place on April 20-23nd, 2017 in Brussels.
